1. What Information Do We Collect?
Information you provide. We collect details you submit on the waitlist, beta intake, dashboards, or contact forms—name, email, social handles, creator goals, niches, payment details (via Stripe), pod activity, and communication preferences.
Automatically collected. IP addresses, device/browser characteristics, usage logs, and approximate location to secure the Services and diagnose performance.
Other sources. We may supplement your profile with data from payment processors, public social posts, or referral partners.
2. How Do We Process Your Information?
We process personal information to operate Creator Pod: matching pods, sending nudges, verifying participation, issuing deposits/refunds, supporting users, analyzing trends, enforcing policies, and complying with legal obligations.
3. When and With Whom Do We Share Information?
We share personal information with vendors that power the Services, including Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), Twilio (SMS), Stripe (payments), analytics platforms, and AI partners. We do not sell personal information.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Creator Pod uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember preferences, secure sessions, measure engagement, and personalize onboarding. You can disable cookies in browser settings.
5. AI-Assisted Features
We may use AI providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) to generate pod insights or summaries. Inputs/outputs shared with these providers are processed solely for the requested feature.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for pod operations, legal requirements, or unresolved disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege design). No system is 100% secure, so transmission is at your own risk.
8. Children’s Privacy
Creator Pod targets adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect or market to minors. If you believe a minor provided information, contact linelly3@gmail.com so we can delete it.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information, or opt out of marketing. Send requests to linelly3@gmail.com. SMS recipients can reply STOP to opt out.
10. Do-Not-Track Signals
Because no industry standard exists, we do not respond to browser DNT signals. If standards emerge, we will update this policy.
11. US State Privacy Disclosures
Residents of states with privacy laws can request details about the data we collect, opt out of targeted advertising, or request deletion. Email linelly3@gmail.com to exercise your rights or appeal a decision.
Categories collected in the last 12 months include identifiers, creator profile data, pod engagement metrics, payment data, and device/usage info. We have not sold personal information in the last 12 months.
12. Policy Updates
We update this notice when practices change. Significant changes may be announced via email or in-product notifications.
